万向节异响该如何检查?

万向节、传动轴多数机件暴露在外面,其技术状况可用直观检查、判断。检查时,应停车将变速器挂空档并放松驻车制动器,按以下方法检查:
Most of the components of gimbal and transmission shaft are exposed outside, and their technical conditions can be directly inspecting and judging. When checking, stop the gearbox and release the parking brake.
1、检查凸缘与凸缘叉的连接螺检和中间轴承支架固定螺栓有无松动。
1. Check the connection of flange and flange fork and check whether the anchor bolts of intermediate bearing bracket are loose.
2、径向晃动中间传动轴前凸缘叉,检查凸缘螺母锁紧情况。若径向间隙大,说明第二轴后轴承损坏或松旷。

3、径向晃动中间传动轴后凸缘,检查凸缘螺母有无松动。若径向间隙大,说明中间轴承磨损松旷或垫环磨旷。

4、检查锁片的紧固情况,晃动万向节叉检查各个万向节是否松旷。

5、检查传动轴是否弯曲、平衡块有无脱落、两端万向节叉是否在一个平面内、三个万向节是否符合等速排列的原则。

6、径向晃动传动轴后凸缘叉,检查凸缘螺母是否松动。若径向间隙及传动轴自由转角过大,则故障在后桥。

7、异响部位不易区分时,应将汽车停在地沟上,架起后桥,原地发动,使后桥在各个变速档位下运转。在地沟中查听异响,触试发响处,若触及与声频吻合的振动,即为响声所在。
